We are currently in the operational readiness phase, building the capability to start operations through service design, rolling stock mobilisation, local team setup, customer integration, and stakeholder engagement.
South Rail is backed by experienced international rail and logistics professionals with strong expertise in safe and efficient freight operations, cross-border traffic, and new market entry. Our approach builds on proven European operating practices, adapted to local conditions.
While operations have not yet started, we already have an active presence in the region and are working with local partners, authorities, and customers to enable a controlled and scalable launch.
